This ensures the integrity of our programs and helps prevent fraudulent use of credentials.

2. How the Verification System Works

To verify a training, employers must enter:
✅ A 10-digit unique verification code provided by the student.

If the information matches our records, the system will confirm:

• Student's Name 

• Course Name.

• Completion Date.

• Course Expiration Date

If an error occurs, the verification system will return a "No record found" message, and employers may contact Veritas Nursing Academy for further assistance.)].

3. Security & Fraud Prevention

To maintain the integrity of our verification system, Veritas Nursing Academy implements the following security measures:

🔹QR code linked to the verification portal.

🔹Must enter complete unique 10 digit alphanumeric code
🔹 Limited Data Access: Only basic certification details are displayed.

Employers are strictly prohibited from sharing or misusing certificate verification data. Any fraudulent activity will be reported to appropriate authorities.
