Policy: Access to Online Course Materials
Access to online course materials is provided as follows:
CNA and Phlebotomy Programs
Students enrolled in Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) and Phlebotomy programs will receive access to their online course materials on the first day of their in-person class, once all required enrollment documentation has been received.
All Other Programs
For the following programs, access to online materials will be granted within 48 business hours after all enrollment documents have been received:
- Remedial Courses
- Online-Only CNA
- EKG
- Medication Technician (Med Tech)
Important Notes
- “Business hours” do not include weekends or holidays
- Requests submitted after 9:00 PM on Fridays will be processed the next business day
- Access will not be granted until all required enrollment paperwork has been completed and submitted
